There have been a number of rumors circulating in the game industry recently that the next installment of the Grand Theft Auto franchise will be released very soon. It has been reported that Take Two, the parent company of Rockstar Games, would officially introduce the new game on its investors call on May 17. Grand Theft Auto 6 is now in the process of being developed.
A recent tweet by Hip Hop Gamer included a string of phrases that made no sense, and it was accompanied by a picture of the CEO of Take Two, Strauss Zelnick. Also, he stated that “Grand Theft Auto 6 will be a forever moment to remember,” thus we can only conclude that he will be a part of the game, or at the at least, that he will have some juicy information to get players excited.
Tez2, an additional source who frequently leaks information on Rockstar Games, disclosed that the annual Summer Update for GTA Online may feature teases about the eventual release of GTA 6, also stylized as GTA VI. Ten years have passed since the release of Grand Theft Auto V with its immersive atmosphere and gorgeous sunsets over Los Santos, and the gaming world is still waiting for a new game. As a result, speculation has been running rampant for a number of years.
